How the block works:

  • Valid for 6 months from purchase and scheduled subject to availability.
  • Time is recorded in 15-minute increments and a simple usage summary is provided.
  • We will flag tasks likely to exceed the remaining balance before starting.
  • The block is for support inside an existing Shopify or Squarespace setup; larger projects are quoted separately.

How the time is used: most minor changes take only a few minutes, such as images and text. Longer changes are more structural, such as a new page or adding a new product.

A useful rule of thumb

If the request improves or maintains your current setup and can be completed safely within the available time, it is usually support. If it creates a new system, major feature, design direction or integration, it will usually need its own scope.
